Türkiye Cumhuriyeti Dışişleri Bakanlığı Sözcüsü Öncü Keçeli, Avrupa Konseyi Delegeler Komitesinin insan hakları konulu 1563. toplantısında ele alınan IV. Rum kararının "yerlerinden edilmiş kişilerin mülkiyet hakları" başlığı konusunda yaşanan gelişmelere ilişkin, "Türkiye, Avrupa İnsan Hakları Sözleşmesi sisteminin siyasi saiklerle aşındırılmasından derin endişe duymaktadır." ifadesini kullandı.
