Törene Maliye Bakanı Özdemir Berova ile Türkiye Cumhuriyeti Ticaret Bakanı Ömer Bolat katılacak. Sistem, Türkiye Cumhuriyeti Ticaret Bakanlığı ile Maliye Bakanlığı arasındaki iş birliği kapsamında hibe edildi.
