Cyprus Extends Deadline for Road Tax Payments to March 31

Parliament approved an urgent measure extending the deadline for paying vehicle circulation fees until March 31, following technical problems that disrupted online renewals on Thursday. Lawmakers also backed the refund of penalties imposed on motorists who paid after the original deadline because of the system failure.
