Fire closes Nicosia-Larnaca highway

Both lanes on the Nicosia-Larnaca motorway towards Larnaca were closed on Friday morning after a fire broke out in trees near the Kosi exit, police said. Firefighters are at the scene tackling the blaze. Drivers heading to Larnaca are being diverted via the Lympia exit onto the old Nicosia-Larnaca road.
